Vitrified Bond Diamond Wheels

Having the most complete product line in the wheel industry, we can supply wheels with various sizes and mesh/micron sizes for each application of cutting tools and saw blades made with polycrystalline diamond (PCD), polycrystalline CBN (PCBN), monocrystal diamond, natural diamond and CVD diamond such as surface, form, OD grinding from rough, finish to superfinish grinding. The goals of good free cutting ability, long wheel life and minimized chipping can be achieved simultaneously. The cutting ability is much better than resin and metal bond wheels, as a result, efficiency is greatly improved and higher accuracy and better edge quality are obtained.
